excellent modelling and texturing :D, lighting looks a little flat though, no atmosphere, try using a few more coloured lights at lower intensities

It's not necessary to tell you, that your character is very very good, right? But maybe you should put a little more detail-work on the rest of the scene-textures, it looks a little bit like 'no interest in the rest' - sorry, I just sweared to give more advices and thats the only one I could place here :-) Ah, and by the way: very funny, I thought a moment "Thats it, here we are" :-)

This is very neat! Excellent idea combined with excellent 3d skills.
The circuitry wall texture is a nice touch. I would agree with the comment about lighting. Work on that and this picture would be top-notch. One of the most unique ideas I've seen here in a while :)
