Hi there!!!
Here is a little picture I made in 2002. I`ve done another image called "Protector" with this robot.
There was a comment from kaiserv that the robot needs a weapon. Here it is.
Everything was done with C4D.

What an incredible piece of 3D rendering my friend. I cannot ever get over your exquisite attention to even the smallest details, from the starburst, soft glow at the middle of the weapon - right down to the functional appearance of the robot's appendages. Your CG art is light years ahead of most others I've seen in Renderosity, and more on a par with professional animators and game designer material. Guido you should definitely consider turning your skills to either game production or even an animated mini-movie. Just fabulous work in every conceivable way - out of 10 - this is a mere 59.

Kaiserv was right, the weapon fits him very good. The way the beams flash and influence the light in the scene is great, though it looks like he is firing onto some sort of window since the beams stop so abrupt.
