Certainly on the close edge of realism. Take a little of the shine off the tub so it looks more porcelain-y and I think it would help. Also the water looks pretty green. The tile work is superb and I like the camera placement. Overall scale is good.

I love it, but I agree with rbanzai, the water is too green for tap water.
