Description
On our Sightseeing-Tour on Mars a Mistake is beeing fixed: Mount Olympos is not on Earth, but the largest Volcano in our Solar System on Mars! It covers a great Part of the Surface. (3D Data Courtesy NASA/ ESA)
It is about 600 Kilometres wide and 22 Kilometres high, so the Himalayas are not Match for it. It is extinct, but the upper Crater (Caldera) shows the different Times it exploded. Good to know that it is extinct and 360 Million Kilometres away!
Have good Day and Start in the Year and keep away from marsian Vulcanoes! ;)

That is one huge bump on the surface. Wouldn't want to climb that - though with Mars' reduced gravity, it may not be so much of a challenge as first thought.
Have a great and prosperous Blender filled New Year. :-)
Thats for sure! Thank You for Your Wishes and I am looking forward to Your wonderful Bryce-Artwork! :)
It's high but looks easier to climb than Mount Everest. Happy New Year
It looks like, but in the Attempt to make it visible, I stretched it tenfold: If we could, we would only walk a shallow Slope! ;)
Ah, thank You and a Happy New Year for You, too. May it bring You all the Best! :)
Perfectly realistic!
Thank Yo very much! Such a Pity, that we could not have Picnic there! ;)
Great work!
Thank You, glad You liked it! :)
Olympus! Where is Zeus? Hiding with all the secrets! Great images and information! Thank you for sharing! Best regards!
Maybe he is hiding in the (Dust-)Couds on the Top? But it would look like him to watch us from there and stay out of all human Business! ;) Thank You for the Comment!
This Martian summit is definitely no match for our Tibetan Himalayas. This is mesmerizing and worth the visit, if Elon agrees on it, of course ! Many thanks for sharing.
Thank You for looking and the Comment! I hope he will go there to stay! ;)
You've become my source of information! And always with inspiring images!
Glad to hear that! This one is not so "nice", but instructive, how large the Olympos is on the Surface! Have a good Day, uhm Night! ;)
Looks very neat, cool facts too
Thank You, its not so spectacular ... from far! ;)
Very impressive work!
Thank You! We will meet on a Sightseeing-Tour then on Mars? Would be an Honor! :)
