Description
Well, if you were wondering about the fate of our beleaguered rider in my last post, we left him with his pursuers hot on his heels and him hoping for a miracle. If you can count a VERY convenient rock slide brought about by resounding gunshots in an unstable narrow canyon as a miracle, this would be one. Saved by the "machina ex deus" of legend.
While his pursuers are left to skulk away and perhaps drink away their disappointment, our lucky escapee will be pondering a celebratory drink as he changes his trousers.
Amid the throat-parching dust and heat, this offering was concocted with Blender, DazStudio, and PsE. Any AI was probably buried beneath the rock slide, unused.

Excellent work!
Thank you!
Tolkien called it "help unlooked for" and it appeared repeatedly in the form of wizards, benevolent trees, kind and powerful maidens, eagles, butterflies, and charmed looking glasses.
Great render.
And now, rocks! Thanks for stopping by and leaving your thoughts on the post.
Outstanding action.
Thank you, poser4me!

..perfect dynamic action scene and excellent postwork
Thanks for the compliment, Krid. I'm pleased that you enjoyed this one.
Also referred to as a convenient solution to a plot issue problem.
It was the "perfect" solution to the pursuers' seemingly inevitable success.
This is a seriously good 3D render and the posing on the horses and riders is perfect for what we are witnessing.
Thanks for your kind and generous assessment of this piece! Especially, thanks for taking the time to stop by and leave your thoughts on the post. I always tremendously appreciate it!
