This idea just popped up when I was working on the second image uploaded here. I suspect that Ernst Scaramangafinger Blumfeldt has a high tech thingamajig concealed in his speedos that makes him appear as a sexy lady wiz ze beeg boobies going topless until he chooses to turn it off.
I absolutely love what Wombo did to my render !
I started with just a one word prompt "man" and my render as input image with influence set to normal. The results were good, but not quite right. Adding a few extra words resolved that.
Prompt: "fat man with smug grin, holding pistol, wearing speedos"

It goes nicely with the fourth image of "Little black dress, with accessories (2016-07-21)" in the Renderosity gallery, which is where it started. I think I'll upload that image to this page as well
