very impressive realism. great job.
What renderer did you use? Looks fantastic!
Ditto on the computer probs....I think mine died just looking at this picture. - Sacred
Wow! We could talk lighting or composition or modelling -- all of which are just beautiful. But, the thing I find most striking is the tiny reflections of the room behind in the flat metal and -- especially -- in the white glass. Just amazing.
Hey! They sell those at Target!
Nice Render though.. wow..
Beautiful render!
faint I can only hope to get this good. Another one of those images where you have to wonder if it's a photo.
Amazing! I do wish there was more to the wall, such as wallpaper or something
Photo-realistic! Who in Hades gave you a 9? 10!
Thanks for the positive feedback gang, i'm blown away at your responses, I used the catmull-rom algorithm in the anti-aliasing section of the render dialog.
Perfect,Perfect,Perfect,Perfect,Perfect,Perfect,Perfect,Perfect, 10+
Very impressive work!!
Gyaah! whimper I couldn't do that well with a camera!
Pro work, pro work.
Absolutely amazing. I want that on MY walls :)
very photo realistic!!! as though it were rendered in lightscape!!!! :)
Thanks pureflesh, although i do use Lightscape now and then, this was strictly a MAX 3.1 Scanline render, with no 3rd party plugins, just some well placed lights.
ONE IN A MILLION...
how the heck!! I love it.
verrry nice i bet It took you days to render this with the anti aliasng and all.. hw the hell did you manage to defocus the background i wonder!!!! all in all great work friend.. keep um coming!!!
IMPOSSIBLE!!!!! I can't believe it's a render..
really great. really would like to see this image with rendered with mental ray.
great image.
good lighting and mesh.
i dont think the reflection on the lamp is right...it looks pinched, and i think it should have more gloss and brighter reflections.
Love the simplicity yet very best skill this image.
