I agree with fly there is some painting feeling over this. Really beautiful reflection and nice colors used here. To me there is also some adventure/phantasy here. Some parts in the surface is a but too strong, but sky/terrain etc. is excellent .. so excellent :-)

Reflection of clouds is done very well, reflection of terrain is a bit strange ...
There's a faint ripple in the water. But that orangey sulphury-looking beach that doesn't match to any coloring elsewhere in the scene... Were this in a game session of Dungeons And Dragons, I'd be telling the fighters to string their bows and everyone else to keep a sharp lookout because something might just leap out and try to eat us!
