Contributions from Richard mostly, but Tracy on occasion. Albert unfortunately, is no longer with us to type his thoughts - however as most of them were unprintable, it's probably better that he can't type them.
BIO
Richard's a Mechanical Engineer specialising in Stress Analysis. Due to the poor state of Finite Element Modellers he's spent a fair bit of time writing translators to enable packages like Poser, Studio, Truspace etc to act as modellers for mechanical products. Why not use CAD.. Because the file formats are too complex! Tracy is a Library assistant in Europe's largest learning resource centre (University library & computer department to most!). We used to have a character cat called Albert. He features in a picture or two.

Lovely. She looks uncertain. For poke through, select the clothing item and if the Mesh Resolution under the Parameter panel->General only has 'Base', do a Convert To SubD (Edit->Object->Geometry-_>Convert to SubD) and change the Resolution Level to High Resolution and the SudDivision Level to the max. Then Add Smoothing Modifier (Edit->Object->Geometry->Add Smoothing Modifier) if it does not have (Parameter panel->General). Play with the Smoothing setting to see it is solves the poke through. And if it is still there, add a Push Modifier (Edit->Object->Geometry->Add Push Modifier) and then adjust it's value as needed. In any case, here it looks like you have solved it.

Rajib, , thanks for that advice. I had simply used the adjustment morphs built in. I am slowly finding all the functions in DS, but suspect it'll take a long time to find out what they do, let alone find out how to best use them.
