Lovely lighting. You can try and use smoothing Modifier (Edit->Object->Geometry->Add Smoothing Modifier) to take care of those distortion e.g. the cleavage area. After adding the smoothing modifier, under the Parameter panel, look for General->Mesh Smoothing. You can play with the 2 sliders values to see how it works. Don't use a large number. Single digit should be okay or < 20. Btw. the dress should be selected in the scene panel before adding the smoothing modifier.
