Description

Here is another Moth freshly emerged from a chrysalis I had found. I did not know what species of Moth or Butterfly It would be until then. As with all newly emerged Moths or Butterflies I have photographed, none stayed around once their wings had stiffened. Thanks to all who have taken the time to comment on one of my postings. The feedback (negative or positive) is appreciated. I hope everyone who has clicked on one of them was pleased with having done so. Lee

Nice colors. I wonder how long they survive before becoming bird food. And flying off as soon as the wings are stiff, no knowledge of the world and its dangers. No getting familiar here! Nice close up. Keep up the good work. durleybeachbum says "plump and healthy" making me wonder what's making it plump? :-)
