Description
Another pic of an Automeris Io Moth I raised from an egg.
I have heard or read that some people have a fear of moths. I am not sure why but this shot might help people understand part of that fear.
Thanks to all who have taken the time to comment on one of my postings.
The feedback (negative or positive) is appreciated.
I hope everyone who has clicked on one of them was pleased with having done so.

A fear of moths? Really? Saltwater crocs yes....moths??????????? LOL
Yep - Mottephobia falls in the category of specific animal phobias. It is an anxiety disorder which is not as common as Arachnophobia – the fear of spiders, but is relatively widespread.

Goodness, I'm so glad I don't have either of those. ! What a very beautiful creature!
I can understand the phobia from this camera angle. It looks like a big little red devil of a creature. And fuzzy. I wonder how it keeps its hairs in such good order. More photos and descriptions, please. Can they recognize you? Any relation between moth and you? Or they just fly away? Keep up the good work. :-)
I have arachnophobia, so I am familiar with the anxiety disorder when I look at such photos. But I'm already trying to cope with it. At one time I even wrote a term paper on the subject. That's why it's very fortunate that I found next page https://papersowl.com/examples/anxiety-disorder/ , here are examples of essays on anxiety disorders, I think it will be useful for you and you can learn more. I hope that I was able to help someone and will also be useful as it was for me.
