Description

Standing by the light of the Auricle portal, the misshapen mother was willing to sacrifice the reptilian foetus she had been sustaining even outside of her body. The cord still attached, her face betrayed sorrow and resignation. Her heart shone as it was about to break. Among her, the hair crops swayed gently in the subterranean breeze, regardless. * Renderosity magazine issue 4 cover competition entry * What a competition that was! The winners were well deserved (congratulations) but whoever had to make the decisions had their work cut out! Of course they picked a great subject again... "Alternate Realities? Yep, can do..." ;-) Reptilian foetus thing taken from "Cytoplasm" Androgynous figure made with Poser (of course), processed with the Synapse treatment The background is (another) scan of my ear, with surrounding hair :-)

Well, I wrote in the detailed picture what I thought about the results anyway. To me this work holds so much thoughts and poetry behind, and to my eyes it doesn't belong at all to the Poser World. It's fully something else. And I value therefore it more than I generally value any Poser work. (I know.. here I am a bit harsh, but there you go.. 99% of Poser works hold no magic at all for me, they are all cold and unreal.. 99% of them, anyway. that 1% which I save, can be astonishing actually...)

you my friend yes you.. you have an incredible use of kpt.. even though 3rd party filters arnt all that you sure can make them usefull.. im sure i could point a few (50) "artists" that have no real idea on how to even use a 3rd party filter properly.. BUT YOU MAN YES YOU.. you do even thought its obvious what you use, its all in the design of it in the end remember everything has a purpose on a canvas it's all about the placement and focus
