What are you babbling about." Asks Wolverine. Spider-Man sighs. "Don't you watch tv in that mansion of yours? I finally make it big, I mean come on! You have to have seen the new Captain America Civil War trailer, all I'm saying is that I'M IN IT! That's huge, I'm fighting right along side Iron Man, that's right...I said Iron Man. Yet here I am barking at the moon with you and some of your distant cousins. SNIKT! ( Wolverine pops his claws ) "Watch it bub." Says wolverine menacingly. "Besides, haven't you had a handful of films already?" "Your not listening!" Insists Spider-Man. "This one Is different, I finally join the MARVEL cinematic universe, I fight along side and against some of the AVENGERS, don't you see how huge that is?" "You know I'm an Avenger too right?" Asks Wolverine. "Of course I know your an...wait...I thought you were an X-MEN?" Says Spider-Man. "I am." Replies Wolverine. "But I'm also an Avenger, have been for close to a decade now." "You can't be on two teams, how is that fair?" Asks Spider-Man. Then he mumbles under his breath. "I can't even get on one team." "Face the facts kid. You may be the face of Marvel but the numbers don't lie, I make the company more money, it's that simple." Says Wolverine. Spider-Man is clearly becoming exasperated. "WHAT? When did this happen? Why am I always the last to know. Let's get back to this being on two teams business." "You do realize we are surrounded now?" Says Wolverine. "Yeah, yeah." Says Spider-Man. "I'm confused, if your an Avenger then why haven't you been in the Avenger movies? Are you messing with me? Your messing with me aren't you?" "Think about it kid. The X-MEN have been Marvels golden ticket for decades, we were popular when no one gave a rats bottom about the Avengers, this was long before the films came out. They assigned me to the Avengers to increase sales and it worked, shortly there after the Marvel cinematic universe came to life." "Your not making sense." Says Spider-Man. Wolverine growls softly in aggregation. "The movie MARVEL wanted to make was the X-MEN, but they sold the movie rights to Fox, just like they sold you to Sony. Come on kid I heard you were intelligent, connect the dots." "Hey!" Says Spider-Man. "Okay, so what you're saying is that aside from sales reasons you became an Avenger because at some point if you remain on the team long enough they will then be able to include you in the Avenger films. They can't make X-Men movies, but they can make Avenger movies and since your now technically a member of both teams at some point they will be able to use you." "See you're smarter than you look." Says Wolverine. "Just one problem with that." Says Spider-Man. "And what's that?" Asks wolverine. "No one knows your an Avenger, you say you have been a member for a decade, yet still no one knows about you. I know the Avengers, I can even list them alphabetically for you if you like. Maybe your not as as popular as you think!" Says Spider-Man in a highly gratified tone. "Look kid, we don't have time to debate this. All I can suggest is you hit up a local comic book store, seeing is believing after all. But don't come crying to me when you discover my appearances out weigh yours more than five to one." "You know, I really don't understand what the fans see in you." Says Spider-Man. Wolverine grins. "Bub, I'm the best at what I do! Now you take that little one over there and leave the rest to me."
