Description

Man, I swear that sarcophagus was down this corridor and it's not as though she's gonna get up and walk away...right ? LOL This was a super low poly exercise in 3ds Max, the corridor that is, all modelled in Max, but the 9 hour Mental Ray render just didn't cut it, so I imported the corridor and the werewolf thingie into Lightwave for a better render, which only took 51 minutes with Monte Carlo radiosity and 18 anti-alias passes ! Anyhow, back to my assignments & Cheers jif3d :o) p.s. I do know how to spell "where's", but seeing as the guardian looks like a werewolf, thus the "were's" in the title

Either Indiana Jones ran off with her and her "box", or Seth did in order to vanish her and all traces of her. IF it was Indiana Jones, she's safe in some museum. Just follow him. No need for weapons (if you treat him nicely). IF it's Seth, you'll really need those copeches! Best to team up with Horus (he's got experience). Interesting info you're giving us on render engines and render times. Do you have other render engines so you can continue the comparisons? Nice image. Keep up the good work!

He definitely don't look happy about misplacing Mum. Nice work man, didn't know Lightwave had MonteCarlo options, MB3D has an optional MonteCarlo, definitely superior Render but it's Slow, actually my machine is just not up to it probably. Can't afford New Gear right now though might need all my Coin to move to another Country if that Jackass TRUMP gets elected Pres.

Sometimes low poly is the way to go. I admit sometimes I like to load up 15 year old low poly objects, and use new textures, shaders and subdivision to see what I can get from them.

What an interesting image, my friend. It's so creepy beautiful in every detail with a very special mood, and beautifully detailed walls too. You have a lot of patience, Jeff to make something so pretty. Bravo.

Gotta watch out for some 'Chop Suey' here - a meat dish, after all - 😋 hope, it isn't or wasn't the mummy ?...

dig the volumetrics and general atmosphere...

The joke in the spelling was not lost on me. I loved it. This is a nice quickie image and fun to look at. Solid composition, good use of the tilted camera to give it a sense of movement. Nice, solid job all around. And I do think the character has a refreshing toon quality to him.
