Remington 1911 R1 .45 ACP enhanced. Purchased this earlier this week . Had to wait 3 days to pick it up. Went to the shooting range took it out of the box, no adjustments, and set the target at 10 yards. I pulled quite a few getting used to the feel and finally got a fair group. I was not trying to hit the bulls eye but grouping and then adjust the aim. This model has a factory match barrel and trigger and great fit and finish. I am going to try some reloads with 180 grain bullets rather than the stock 230 grain to reduce recoil and maybe increase accuracy. There are several You Tube vids about this gun. I would like to replace the grips with either rosewood or mahogany for the bling :)
