Description

Hey everyone.....This is an image I did just to see what kind of objects I could come up with after doing a couple tutorials I came across on the web....I've only had Rhino for a very short time now, and I'm so excited with the results I'm getting....all the objects were modeled in Rhino....( the knife is actually one of the tutorials I saw on the web, the rest of the objects are of my own idea....imported into bryce for rendering....the texturing on the scroll was done in photoshop.....I would love to hear comments/ratings about this pic...( I know it's not the best image you're seen but I also sure that it's not the worse either)....(just give me some time) :) PeaCe.....

good start! Maybe the knife blade could be more reflective. I like the rolled up parchment.

The blade could be shinier and the lights better but this image is still good. No plans for a MAC version of Rhino anytime soon from what I can tell, sorry.

I'm not well versed in the many programs. I'm just learning photoshop, so I can only go by what I see and feel. I must say that after reading your comments and the comments above I feel very encouraged. The saucer seems to be floating above the paperweight (intentional?) I do like the texture of those two pieces. What I do see is that the reflection of light seems inconsistant. As the blade of the knife should have more light and the top of the coin in the foreground also. Your shadowing is awesome. The shadow of the paperweight actually gives depth to the actual piece. I really enjoyed viewing. Thank you for sharing.
