hm your room has a good view. oops what you say is it a 3d modeling not a photograph woav :) i impressed by all the textures and lightning. But the books textures are lovely.

This is quite simply one of the finest examples of 3D art I've ever seen. I'm giving you an excellent even though I feel that the tiling of the bricks may be a little tight where you can see them thru the plaster. Absolutely gorgeous!

I think that the texture you used for the bricks in the wall where the plaster is coming off is too small. Imagine a brick on the desk, it would be about the length of one of the books. Now look at the bricks in the wall. Too small, I think. The window looks too bright, I would like to see what is outside better.
Yeah Malfunkshun is right the brick texture is too small. My picky complaint is about the desk. I think the model is too perfect. Too straight. It needs to be just a little bend twisted or dammaged. Top effort.
