I guess 42nd Street in New York used to be kind of seedy. Taken on my trip out west that year.

LoL! One theatre is showing 'Machinegun McCain'....great car chase, it was filmed over two days....without permits, and they used Hertz rent-a-cars...try getting away with that today :-) Love these old snapshots.....
