Description
This is a pre-visualisation of an historical project I'm involved with. The image represents the return of a knight from the Battle of Sluys - 1340 (historical sea battle) to his home port of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. The South Gate towers have been modelled by me from historic references and are noticeable from their chequered pattern. Great Yarmouth at that time was a major sea port and famous for herring fishing (and curing) - hence all the barrels.
