hi everyone. i made some changes to the main-texture. i added a specular layer and a simple rust-map. i also changed the orientation of the main-weapons a bit. if you have any suggestions, what to do next, please let me know. if not, i will restart my scene. please zoom in for full details. nic.

Very cool ship, somewhat reminds me of the Narn warships from "Babylon 5" crossed with their Centauri ships, but in a very cool way. I wouldn't consider this to be derivative at all, it's got a good creative design, and looks wonderful!
Great Starship, good texture, don't know if the Manta Ray tip on the front of the ship are WIP, otherwise another color or texture makes it more realistic But it is a GREAT render. Last week i've downloaded TRUESPACE so I'm a real NOOB, but must have taken some time to know how to make this kind of render

hi. thanks for all the comments on this one. i'm still working on the model, so the scene i planned must wait. @TerraCr8tor: i darkened the color of those parts (it's the hyperspace navigational system) to a light grey tone and put a second layer with bump- and rust-map on it. i think i will post the next version at sunday or maybe (latest) on tuesday. thanks again for comments, rating and favoriting (?) this model ;-) have a nice weekend.
