I love portraiture like this...it lives up to its name in more ways than one. I also love the vaguely pensive expression on her face. She's focused on something, maybe something internal, maybe something she's literally looking at. Who knows? There's a sense of mystery in her expression and it makes me wonder what she's thinking, what she's feeling. Anyone can do portrait photography, but it takes a special ability to be able to bring this kind of stuff out. I'm in awe. This is really great stuff. Striking and inviting all at once. And yeah, deliciously "out there" since you don't see women like this just casually riding on the bus! Marvelous!
