Description
I did this a month or so ago. Cinema 4d render using sIBL (Smart IBL. http://www.hdrlabs.com/sibl/index.html) and a Vreel skin shader. I've had C4D for awhile now, but just now getting more serious with it. I'm really loving the combination of these programs/plugins.

The pose is a bit wooden but with more practice the natural look should come.
