Ok! I know this is not a pretty picture. But, on the other hand I find it very amusing. I sort of had a good time looking at all those ac units hanging precariously from the wall. On the other side of the wall there is a large number of stores.
You can even play a game with it: Find the largest number of building code violations. This is a tragedy waiting to happen....

I once saw a similar photo of Beirut but it just had the wires tapping into the grid, no ACs at all. Quite a sight!
