II wasn't entirely happy with the way this came out originally. I'm still getting used to Vue 8. I did some contrast adjustments, etc., then I left it alone for a week. On second look, I liked it a bit better. I think one of the problems was that I was trying to get a "gothic" look (or at least my version!), and the softer shadows and lighting was a bit different from the harsher Noir-ish look I usually strive for. Interestingly enough, I did a test render of the basic set with "The Horde" instead of the angel , and it came out better I think than the final version.
