Really nice scene and camera angle...only suggestion would be ripples in the puddles to go with the falling rain,and maybe she needs some hint of water on her skin,but that's minor 'cause most probably wouldn't have got past those boots!!Excellent work all around!

Great image and POV. If I may make a request? Can you redo this image with water droplets on her, as she appears very dry considering the weather conditions. All in all, I like this.
