Description
Year: 2415. A terraformed and highly industrialized technate in the Antares binary system. The giant tachyon field generator that rings the planet is used to globally control the weather and some other environment aspects by shifting the quantum probability of certain events inside the planet's gravity field.

@__@ The mass of that ring would be unbelievable! WOWEE! Really impressive scene with lots of designs and details! I bet orbital approaches to this planet are a bugger! They could have built a Ring City at stationary orbital height with that much metal, but they built it in low orbit? Very mysterious and alien because you didn't say it was HUMANS who terraformed it! VERY cool and awe inspiring.
