Description
Ever wondered what a virus would look like in the hands of a mad scientist? Here's my interpretation.
Used the Julia fractal setting in the GIMP with a color gradient. Then applied a Neon filter with a motion blur.
Edit: I am mistaken about the fractal set I used. It wasn't Julia. It was Barnsley 3. My apologies to those who took me on my word (and to those who didn't).
