Description

This was done using Mark's excellent shot 'Seattle Skyline' which is found here: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1998009&user_id=4105&member&np Thank you very much, Mark, I had a great time playing with your image. It has such colors and vivacity I was itching to begin! I started by just seeing what different filters did to it. I liked the cutout filter which gave me the look of hills fading in the distance. After a quick OK was received from Mark for dedicating a picture of a forest fire to a resident of southern California, I finished it using mostly liquefy. I hope you like it. Thanks for your concern over my yearly battle with the pesky Mountain Cedar. I am better, have equipped myself with some new ammunition and will not be mentioning the plaguey subject again, until I celebrate an all clear on the pollen count in about 2 months. Thanks for viewing and for previous comments and favs. Again a special thanks to Mark for the use of his wonderful image!
