Like some of the mechanic painters work of early 40's.. this is majestic :) balanced and meaningful in shapes and colours :) A perfect Thomas Mann's book cover I think :)

I think it's fascinating : the "conflict" between the artificial shiny ball and the photo makes it kind of "hyperreal", ...to me at last. But the resulotion should be much higher.
