Dragon Planet 1: out now in store, Vue´s section. 45 procedural advanced materials and a bonus of a Dragon´s nest model. I have worked many months in this product and I am happy for the results. I have make this draft render applying the new materials in a mid shape of dragon over the nest model. I think Vue is an incredible powerfull program, but does not give the best results at first day. Making materials without any textures or image node, only fractal and physical properties was a challenge, but I have discovered that the possibilities of Vue,s material editor in version 6 and 7 makes realistic surfaces and touchable rocks. If one combine textures inside procedural nodes the combinations are infinite, but for now I have covered the mathematical settings for versatility and special effects.
