Description
Exactly the same model from earlier (without the smaller drone), but I imported it into Blender and rendered it with Luxrender. The shading from Lightwave didn't import very well, and I didn't let the render run very long, so it's still grainy, but the final product will have a much higher degree of awesomeness. Please pardon the bloom...

I really like the laser effect. And those little white lights on either side of the glass.
Wow, that's a really cool idea. I never looked at it like that. The shiny things are actually supposed to be gear tracks that are very reflective, but with the bloom they do look a lot like slatted lights. I'll have to experiment with that some more... Thanks for the idea ;-)
