Nice work!
I looked at this yesterday and had to think about it; instant reactions are not always useful, 'least mine aren't LOL. I get a sense of a beach, probably the water-like marks often left in sand - those are cool btw - also there is a sense of a form because of the white areas it comes and goes as a figure to my eye. This is very nicely done to my eye, leaving negative space, here the white, is often to challenging but you've handled that really well.
