Description
While I was travelling in Iran I visited a small town named 'Zarand' where one of my Aunties and her kids live. Its a very rural and small village where many of the houses are still mudbrick. Compared to Tehran (the capital) which is all about technology, this place is very simple and peaceful.
The photo is of the ruins of an old house by a small stream. People still use it to wash their clothes an whatnot. It was a really beautiful place.
Nothing special just thought the photo looked decent lol. Also just brightened it up abit in Photoshop.

Amazing to see this shot from Iran and to hear about people live in those rural places... thanks for sharing...smile
Very lovely ruins, do you know what happened to the house?
thanks for the comments :) as for the house, I'm not sure exactly what happened but my Aunty said they've been there as long as she can remember. Zarand is a very earthquake prone area so its surprising they've lasted. There's a whole bunch of ruins scattered along that small patch, it's just weird to think that people used to live there. cheers
