A superb image, Igor! Because you have chosen to single out this tree you have not just the element of cold, but the element of loneliness as well. It makes the photo that much more effective. The bluish tint doesn't seem necessary if it's being used to convey coolness; the image itself is handling that aspect quite well. Also, this image suffers from it's smallish size because the viewer wants to see every detail in those gorgeous branches. One last minor niggle is the branches poking into the frame on the upper right edge. Just a slight distraction, but you'd do well to crop them or 'shop them. In all, well seen and executed.
