NEW IMPROVED VERSION
-------------------------------
Just another test image for a new character,
coming from the DAZ3D's Michael 2.0. Rendered
with Final Render Stage 0 under 3D Studio MAX
4.26, I think you'll appreciate the subtle and
realistic light features made by the glass lenses
refraction on the model' skin. Let me know what about...

This is looks like movie studio quality work. Spectacular! Great character work.
This is the most incredible 'age' effect I've seen! LOVE the veins inside the ears... can't wait to see more. I do see a bit of seam on the side of the head though.
Cool, very realistic! Fantastic character!
A fabulous character - marvelous skin! Excellent work.
Too much bump on the back... Good render...
WARNING: here is the new version of the picture, with improved texturing and overall quality (removed the seams on the side of the model). Let me know what about :-)
WOOOOOOOOOOW Astonding that has to be Real..
Great job, wonderful textures
Excellent picture, very real texturing. Good detail on the "larger" ear size (as ears and noses tend to continue growing as we age). However, the glasses just seem to be an element that doesn't quite belong. I would think that a more rounder pair of specs would work better. Since the ones he's wearing look like Vickie's morphing glasses, that shouldn't be hard to do.
Wow great job. Absolutely stunning.
This is totally awesome texturing, Alessandro! Did you create the texture in 3D Studio Max or what? I'd loooove to have a tutorial from you on this since realistic skin texturing is such an elusive art. This really knocks my socks off. Keep up the fantastic work!
I agree with Arsenic, there is two much of a crater-like appearance on the back of the head. Even very old people's heads are smooth as an egg. Also, the veins on near the ear seem to have too much bump. The earlobe could stand a wrinkle or two. That vein on the neck doesn't look right to me, but perhaps I just never noticed it on a real person. Don't take this comment too seriously, I certainly can't go look at my wife's neck to settle this one without risking my marriage. Overall, though, the face itself looks perfect.
