Description

Part of an art installation at the Eastern Penitentiary. The main conception here is "A new life to fallen things". The fallen parts of the cell walls are hung to the ceiling. The natural light is coming from the cell window. With a custom built lens I was able to emphasize the light that worked well for the original conception. Thank you for viewing and your comments.

This is incredibly haunting! I love the play of light and dark. The whole thing creates a complex and compelling mood that is difficult to put into words. Great work!
