Description

this is the shot looking back up the bank of the river, that whole distance is about 50+ feet from where I'm standing to the brush. In the winter, that area up to the brush and maybe beyond is completely covered in a fast-moving waters. It's fascinating to stand on the bridge during the winter and watch the river flow by. It's so violent and green. Absolutely wonderful. the bicycle you see in the distance is my primary means of transportation, other than my feet. One of these days, I'll post the picture of the hill that goes up to my house! I'm now able to ride all the way up the hill without stopping or getting off the bike!

Cool looking scene Mike and amazing the water level gets so high. Does the water normally get this low at this time of year ?

Amazing that the water drops so drastically during the summer months... it must be a trip to watch it begin to flow back and refill the revene in the winter.. Very cool shot mike

Wow. I really like this shot. I can just picture this all filled with rushing waters! Biking is healthy. Good exercise, fresh air, and wow .. going UP a hill without stopping??? Me? I hop on my Harley. I'm lazy.
