Description

A swan landed here at the lake a couple weeks ago. He's been hanging out near our dock... maybe because he sees us feeding our duck and goose and wants a hand out ;-) He wasn't so nice to my goose though so he gets nothing LOL! Oh.. the lighting on him is a reflection of the sunlight hitting my house windows and then back onto him ;-)

Interesting how the light filters through those translucent feathers. Birds feather refract light rather than just reflect it so colours often tend to be vibrant.
