What I can see of it looks very interesting. I would prefer if the light were shifted up a little. I can see the railing really well, but the figure, hardly at all. With all the bright light on the right(the bright white from the skyscrapers and the green stained glass window), all the attention is drawn to the far side. It can be somewhat difficult, but it is possible to dim the one side so it is not overwhelming, but still seems bright; and to lighten the other side so the figure is visible, but still seems dark. The picture is definitely worth developing.

Kind of keeps you on edge with sinister hints. Interesting that the main subject becomes darker than the skyline.

Don't know the movie, but your picture appeals to me. Especially the suggestion of height that you can't show. I too find the picture rather dark. Motley may have done a good suggestion. Showing the character while keeping it away from (spot)light may be the real challenge of this project.
