Description
I've decided to do a series of all the horrors I experience on my side of the therapy chair when I was in practice, maybe a good way to shed what I absorbed.

Good plan
I love this serie! :D
Very expressive image that seems to fit this emotion very well. Hatred is hard to feel and hear and loathing is worse. CC
Excellent work! Awesome!
Faces and ghosts, animals and zippers and eyes, and all sorts of distorted views. Excellent, amazing work, my friend.
So much to see here. I love the mercurial texture. Fascinating!
Fantastic work Collin....I understand this work well....the inner self can be one's worst enemy....this face is battling to keep control....very deep artwork!
It seems that no matter the training and ability to use a certain detachment, empathetic people cannot avoid absorbing some of what is shared with them. Art as therapy appears very effective on both sides of the couch. One way of looking at this is seeing the mouth spewing out or exhaling inner disconnects and turmoil. Another way is seeing the therapist sucking in the cumulative anguish and pain of the patients. It always intrigues me how many faces can be identified within shapes in so many works of abstract art. It is almost like spirits present and still communicating. This is a very powerful work, Collin, and I hope cathartic.
