I know the last picture is awful, you can't even tell what it is he grabbed, (I think it might have been one of our neighbors guinea hens), but I thought it added finality to the series.
It was quite a thrill to be that close to an eagle, and see how he stalks and takes its prey.

Way cool! The only time I was close to a bald eagle (earlier this year, in a parking lot in Mountlake Terrace) I didn't have my camera. These shots are amazing! Thanks for sharing them.
