The adventurer in me says I want to climb that tower, not use the lift but climb to the top, I visited this beautiful City but once, and never got close to the Eiffel Tower. The nearest I got was Notre Dame, and I was only there for about one hour. I regret not returning when I could have done. Wonderful pov Janis, not your run of the mill tourist shot thats for sure. I wonder how many tourists saw you take this and then went and did the same. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

Great shot. I once parked my car right underneath there, opened the sunroof and had a similar view. I wonder if you can still do that?

Different angle for sure Janis, I would love to visit. Paris is so near for us Brits to get to yet can you believe I have never been over to France. My Sylvia has a daughter who lived in the South of France for 2 years married a French guy and they had a son over their, a place called Po (is that correct?). She always says she would love to return and teach English.
