Your demension: 320x240 are the reason this is small. My posts are a standard 1000x1000, I do it in that size because when others hit zoom it fills the screen and you see the whole image. as you look at others work, notice the info at the bottem right corner... it says details: bla bla bla and under it, it says statistics. Look at this area when viewing others work and this will help out a lot. We are all cool here and we're like family. If for some reason you really don't like someones work, just don't say anything and you don't have to see their work unless you want to. Some artists are very sensitive on this site and you could affend someone without meaning to - it's happened to me... However, two of the artists that thought I affended them are two of my favorite artists - we like each other now - imagine that. Make yourself a great logo (avatar)... I suggest heavely to put your name on it so when others see your name they get to know you by name. Artists on this site like to change their image in the avatar so don't get to know them by that or you'll lose them. Check out my gallery and drop me a line - I'm cool... by the way, I have Maya7... Haven't learned it yet, maybe I can help you with some things here and you could give me some info on maya... Be careful, you just might get hooked on this site - lol

The one thing has been suggested, post/render it bigger... Another suggestion would be to use a gel or shader on the light to give it more depth.... Use a different gel on the green and blue light to give it even more depth... Keep posting your work... You are off to a great start....

Yup, i think it's hard to appreciate it at this resolution. Size aside though, it looks very, very nice, and it's a pretty difficult look to achieve. I'll be waiting for the bigger one.

This is much better! Larger now, we can see the details! The effects, the caustics, the rays and the particles are prefect! You could say it is done, depending how old the wreckage is? Great improvements!!

The water is really very good. I do not know much about rendering. But I recently found the Critique forum here at renderosity and if you are looking for honest opinions-critique and help with your work, thats the place. You can post links to the pics here in the forum.
