Hi All :)
This is me, outside my office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, UK.
Oh...btw...my legs aren't really this fat! It's just a rendering thing lol (I'll get round to modelling my 'veggie' form soon....)
BIOI'm 32 (mental age:15)
Spiritual yet heavily into science,
slightly neurotic(!),
I love & appreciate art of ALL kinds but only work digitally myself,
I'm practically married to my PC (most used programs are 3dsMAX and Photoshop),
I play drums in a UK rock band called 'clint',
Used to be a biker-hippy but have short hair now and and stare at monitors all day long,
...and I'm proud to say I've never had a 'normal' job. I sold three computergames before I left school and havent looked back since!
In '97 I got out of the mainstream games industry to work in online games and multimedia because I was disallusioned with publishers ruining all the games I worked on. It's not as exciting but I'm my own boss (I wont mention the stress....)
I lecture occasionally on project management, photoshop and 3dsmax...but I'm not a great speaker.
I dont get much time to work on my own art, as the size of my gallery shows....but hey, it's what you do with it that counts! lol
I can sometimes be found throwing frisbee's in the chatroom.

this is very sharp looking....looks like you've been there with your camera! :)
oh wow un, this great, makes me want to do space pics!
hey, this is one really cool scene man, great texturing,...
Unyon this is so cool. It reminds me of how we are all just dots on one giant ball in the middle of nowhere. Very real-looking (that's a technical term you may not have heard of before. It's used in the art industry by those who 'know'). I would like to see more like this.... Kinda gives off an earie silence and reminds me how little and insignificant I am (violins please). lol.
wow....what they said ^ and wow again, needs 1 footprint in the foreground then we would know you were there...lol
I like it. I remembe the picture you based this on. You really captured the spirit of it.
beautiful! wow :) looks almost like a photo :) execlent job unyon
Unyon, you rock my friend! this is really good! I need a earth model for my short, this would be sweeeeet! you've got one more fan. Im off to look at your gallery....
Beautiful picture Unyon. Your one of the best artist's i've seen.
Cheers for the comment on that Terragen piece, thought i'd check your stuff, your Max work is good, this is great, and best of all i can see my house from here...
Blame it on the telephoto lens eh! I thought the camera never lies! :o) Two things I hate are lens-flare's and chess boards, But then again lens-flare's can look good if used in moderation and in the right place. I think this is one of those right places. Great Pic Unyon! "Airships" still remains my favourite though. P.s, where can I get Terragen?
