Description

Ok, the last lot of notes exceeded the 4096 Character limit... Lol Yep, the Fort again. And another attempt at HDR - EV's 0.00, +0.6 and +1.2. Don't ask what happened to the sky, cos I haven't the foggiest. Although it was kinda bright and dark all at once. I will succeed totally with HDR photos one day... Lol A few of you have asked what HDR is... So here goes! (In my words) Basically it means taking the same scene with a few different exposures, and then merging them into one to get more colour, highlights etc... If you google 'what is HDR' you'll get loads of explanations for it. Thanks for taking the time to view or comment, I really do appreciate them all, especially CC. And sorry Dave, but I've not seen TOMMY turtle since that one time! Loves ya xxXxx Tracey Oh, still having major pc problems. This one signs me in and out and all sorts! Apologies for not being able to get round and comment... I am trying though...

Its hard to imagine having "wet feet" for so vary long and not being toxic with mold, breaking down or falling down. And I see it happen all the time in other countries but here, a building is 10 feet from water and after 10 years it is mushy and full of rot. Even the brick ones. Great shot this is and I love the birds on the roof. :-)

Pretty sky! Nice reflection! Cool fort! (Obviously I have nothing constructive, or even intelligent, to say about your experiments! But I'm glad you're doing them, nonetheless.) :)

Another great image of the Fort. (I like your experiments. And It encourages me to try some of my own. It is a challenge for me to 'step out of the box').

You are on a learning curve and doing rather well at it, this is a different pov to ones before and adds more interest. As I understand it you are supposed to pick the best bits out of several and only merge the bits. I could be wrong? You have already mentioned the sky and it is noisy, like PJ, I like the piddies on the roof, the fort itself is very good. The foreground is a different story, if you zoom in and look bottom left the shrubs have a double edge to them, as though the image you laid on top is just off a fraction. I think you are doing great though, you have bottle, always trying something new, todays is better than yesterday and when trying something like this, using something you are familiar with(Fort Brockhurst) is a good thing. I know Dave is proud of you and I applaude you for this. Keep it up you WILL get there. Bravo!!!!!

These pictures seem to have more depth to them its very good, great detail. I know you know the sky isnt right so no comments from me needed, as if I could, except maybe a squirt of WD40 lol but I also know you'll get that right too. Great stuff keep it up XxX
