Description
This dragonfly actually posed for me. Usually I am running after butterflies and they run away from me which is why I never have any butterfly photos to post.

you did good :) you can actually move up quite close to these guys if you go slow, and when they fly off, stay put, cuz they will be right back! :))) GREAT shot here.. I love it!

fantastic shot. I have been trying to capture a very small but lovely butterfly that I see only once or twice a week and only stays for a couple minutes. By the time I get a focus lock on it, it has flown off with me dashing behind it. this is a wonderful shot though. Not easy to get dragonflies if they aren't in the mood for it.
