I saw that it has operated off a US carrier deck. Hearing about the prowess of Rafale for the last 20 years has been like watching Van Gogh or Hemingway playing with their gun. Europe fortunately has not had to evolve a real combat record. They can dream. They can wax poetic on the SPAD and the MIRAGE III. They can shift balance on the DH-4, Camel, Tripe, Spitfire and Hurricane.
