Description
Power is constantly being abused, and when the powerful are supposedly brought to justice,the punishments are often as silly as my Captain's Log. The powerful are seldom sorry for the misery that follows in their wake. They know the punishment is very seldom severe, probably because their powerful friends are controlling the punishments.
