I think it would look better with some shadows, especially the hair on (her) left. but it's not at all bad.

She's a cutie ^^ I especially love how the hair came out. I agree with the shadows a bit, it would add maybe a bit of realism but maybe you didn't want shadows ^^ Its still fine, great job!
